Ready to fade away;
The old covenant finished in death,
But resurrection showed the way
To life.

Perishing flesh plagued by a curse…
Jesus, the answer, the covenant completed,
He submitted his guiltless flesh to the cross.

Obsolete and aging…
This world will soon vanish away…
Jesus, the Just and Holy One
Has perfectly paved the way
To a new Heaven and a new earth.
