Prejudice and Preference

Prejudice and preference,
May these things be far from me;
Through the eyes of innocence
The world, I long to see.

Favoring not for wealth or race,
Or bias, position, or creed;
But only for the heart within
That You long to retrieve.

Prejudice and preference,
May these not taint my heart;
May Your precious heart of love
Instead be my guide and my mark.
